乳化剂使用说明书中英文版
1、先将水加热至60-70℃。
Heat the water to 60-70℃ first.
2、将沥青加热到130-140℃。
Heat the bitumen to 130-140℃.
3、将称量好的沥青乳化剂加入加热好的水中搅拌均匀;
Mix evenly the scaled emulsifier with heated water.
4、将加热好的沥青和乳化剂水溶液同时泵入乳化沥青生产设备进行乳化即可。
Pump the heated bitumen and emulsifier aqueous solution into the colloid mill simultaneously emulsified.
5、每生产一吨乳化沥青加入6-12公斤乳化剂。（按实物量添加）。
Add 6-12 kg emulsifier when producing one ton of emulsified bitumen. (Added by the physical quantity).
